• Coordinator of the Haverland UK sales team in Spain and the administrative team. Reporting weekly to Department Managers and CEO. Creation and monitoring of compliance with administrative management and technical support processes in the UK. • Responsible for sales objectives and support for major client accounts, with a portfolio of over £4K. • Oversaw compliance with KPIs for our sales teams in the UK, assisted with the implementation of sales projects, and supported the UK finance department with various tasks (refunds, personnel records, sales commissions, payment claims, etc.). • Responsible for logistics management in the UK and the coordination of general projects within the company for the subsidiary. Outstanding achievements: • I managed to recover clients from previous years, as well as new clients, with a promotional campaign for some product references that were in stock to be liquidated. I managed the online store in Spain and with this action, helped increase sales in this channel for this other market with the same inventory liquidation plan.
• Coordinator of the administrative sales support teams for different countries; UK, France, and Spain. • Responsible for sales goals and support for major client accounts in the UK, and responsible for overseeing compliance with KPIs for our sales teams across different departments. This role also included all the previously described duties of the UK Market Coordinator position. Travelling to the UK for customer´s follow up and sales network follow up. • Weekly reporting to the Sales Director and the CEO on the performance of the sales team for different countries, overseeing the provision of all necessary administrative support for the entire sales network and ensuring team goals were met. Responsible for team management, holiday's requests, support to the finance department for commission settlements, invoicing, payments, etc. Outstanding achievements: • I´ve created various internal and external procedures to improve customer service across the different countries, as well as with the technical service department. I implemented weekly sales reports for the International Department Director and the CEO, as well as performance reports for the customer service, and technical service departments, allowing me to work closely with them to implement improvements through continuous results monitoring.
• Coordinator of the KAMS team and the Haverland UK sales team, reporting to the Department Manager and CEO. Created and monitored management procedures also for the UK technical service department. • Responsible for sales objectives and support for major customer accounts in the UK. Oversaw the performance of the sales force in the UK, tracking appointments and projects. Assisted the finance department with invoicing, commissions, payment claims , etc. • In charge of the logistics management in the UK, and coordinating general projects within the company for the subsidiary. • Responsible for coordinating and organizing the bi - monthly Sales Meetings in the UK and monitoring objectives with the CEO and Director in one - on - one meetings with the UK sales force.
