SEK 90m and approx. 35 employees (2019). • Increased sales by 30% (online and in store) during the Covid - 19 pandemic despite a sharp reduction in the number of used book submissions by creating a new marketing foundation. • Restructured the operations so that operational efficiency increased by an average of 12% across all units. • Renegotiated transport contracts and reduced transport costs by over 15%. • All while maintaining customer satisfaction (4.5 out of 5 Trustpilot score).
SEK 2 , 300m (2019). • Operations and profit responsible for a region with 22 stores with an annual turnover of over SEK 270m and with over 120 employees. • Responsible for developing the business model as well as organising and running the Flagship stores. • Member of the team that created Kick's next generation unified commerce customer experience. Contributed with supply chain, e - commerce and store operations experience. • Increased sales 4.5% more than the average increase in Kicks Sweden during my second year, also increased the operating contribution in the region also increased by 11%.
• Responsible for the operations in the DC which delivered to around 390 department stores and shops throughout the Nordics as well as Kick's e - commerce. I have developed a pricing strategy, am responsible for setting up e-commerce, purchasing and Supply Chain, B2B sales as well as for finance and cost control.
