Responsible for the legal aspects of all commercial office, retail, and residential development and leasing transactions that expanded Hongkong Land to greater Asia, including Mainland China, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines and Cambodia. Negotiated hotel management contracts for Mandarin Oriental projects in Macau, Hong Kong and Beijing. Hired and managed legal and company secretarial teams in Singapore, Chongqing and Shanghai.

Handled infrastructure fund development projects across South Asia, including water purification energy, sea and river container terminal projects. Managed financing matters including bond issues and secured and unsecured facilities.

Oversaw joint venture, distribution, licensing agency and a plethora of other transactions for the Jardine Pacific Group of companies. Represented Jardine Schindler, Jardine Shipping, Jardine Engineering Services, and Jardine Restaurant Group in restructuring, joint ventures and other commercial matters.

Handled Pizza Hut, Ruby Tuesday and KFC transactions in Hongkong, Mainland China and Southeast Asia. Responsible for Mercedes Benz distribution and dealership issues and financing in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
