Fulfilled position as program's Risk / Issues / Opportunity (RIO) Manager to assess, develop, and implement a risk management tool, processes, strategy, and training to identify, report, and mitigate risk within the multi - million dollar IWS X Program to create operational resilience for rapid software development across various surface ship combat systems. This included developing a POA&M for reviewing and selecting a risk management tool while addressing challenges of quality records with current risk capture to increase communication and visibility of risk affecting all areas of X program's – cost, scheduling, and performance that may impact surface ship delivery.
