• Manage a major crisis (governance – social – financial) • Ensure business and operational continuity • Restore managerial stability and ensure transition
• Full responsibility for General Management (Strategy – International Development – Leadership – P&L) • Expand international markets through both organic and external growth • Drive business innovation to achieve 2/4 ppt annual growth in a mature and competitive market • Lead deep organizational restructuring and/or reorganization in the post-Covid context • Operate in highly multicultural and multidisciplinary international environments • Exercise governance responsibilities • Handle shareholder disputes (shareholders' agreement) and arbitration situations
• Member of the Executive Committee - 150+ FTE - 8 countries. • Finance: strategic planning, budgeting process, full monthly reporting, internal control • Oversight of support functions: procurement, operations, IT, sales administration, legal affairs • Legal: management of commercial agreements, master contracts, business assets, brand protection, general legal matters and governance topics • Lead acquisition and/or asset disposal projects
• Conduct due diligence assignments: business valuations, inventory reviews, cost price determination
• Contribute to the opening of new offices in Toulouse and Casablanca • Audit subsidiaries of international groups (various sectors) and assessed internal controls
