§ Responsible for all of the worldwide financial matters, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations to pursue the company’s growth strategy. § Responsible of the financial performance reporting, analysis and KPIs tracking, to support the decisions in each park / geography. § Fully involved in the acquisition of 11 new operations, since the Due diligence process, negotiations, closing and follow up on the implementation and synergies creation. § Responsible of the negotiations and agreements with key lenders, as well, as the preparation of the Management Discussions & Analysis reports. § Ultimate responsible of the IT department and procurement are part of my responsibility. § Member of the several Committees such as Directors, Financial, Executive & Internal Audit, and Member of the Board of Directors of Dolphin Cove Jamaica.

§ Advising clients during the decision-making process in a transaction such as business acquisition, carve-outs, merges, fundraising, among others, mainly through a Financial Due Diligence helping to identify potential risks, considerations to its valuation models and support in the definitions of the contracts and accompanying post-closing. § Due to the multi-disciplinary services that EY provides, I used to coordinate other teams during the Due Diligence process, such as Tax, IT, Legal, Social Security among others. § Key clients: Repsol, McCormick, Bajaferries, Banregio, Banco Interacciones, Mitsui, Banco Falabella, Quest Diagnostics, Intertek, , Nexxus Capital among others. § During the time I worked for EY I was in charge of the recruitment of new hires in the staffs and Managers positions, further more I developed the internal continuing training for Transactions Key milestones.

§ KPMG gave me the opportunity to enter in the Transaction Services, with them I learned the ABC of the acquisition processes, how to run a Due Diligence, and the preparation of the deliverables, same services that I continue later at EY. § Same than in EY, as a Multi-disciplinary firm, I coordinated the tax and legal teams during the Due Diligence process. § Key clients: Televisa, PMI Comercio Internacional, Bunzl, Profuturo GNP, Airliquide, Alliance Boots, Bepensa, Crédito Real, among others.
