Oversee all hiring activities across Enero Group agencies BMF, Orchard, and Hotwire. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruitment function focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Develop and implement innovative TA strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with organisational goals. Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen Enero’s position as an employer of choice in a competitive market. Led the end-to-end integration of a new ATS (Smartrecruiters), and training to ensure platform optimisation and user adoption. Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs, define workforce plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all stages of the recruitment process. Drive exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
