Vackstage’s mission is to digitalize local music venues and empower emerging artists through remote production, live-streaming, and interactive content distribution. My role encompasses the company’s corporate, legal, and financial management, as well as strategic partnerships with public institutions, venues, and distributors across Spain and Europe. I have structured the company’s intellectual property and licensing framework, directed all vendor and production contracts, and driven the development of the Vackstage Rooms technology — a remote-production system enabling real-time event coverage from multiple locations. Under my leadership, Vackstage has produced and streamed over 1,000 live events, been recognized as “Best Music Startup” at BIME 2022, and positioned itself as a reference in the intersection between culture, innovation, and digital transformation.
OTT platform specialized in live broadcasting of sports competitions As part of the interim management team at Footters, I defined and implemented the company’s contracting and procurement policy, leading the negotiation of commercial agreements with football clubs, federations (including RFEF), distributors, and production providers. I also oversaw all corporate legal affairs, coordinated external counsel, and contributed to the company’s organizational and operational restructuring. My responsibilities included supplier management, outsourcing processes, tenders, and HR framework design, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the company’s rapidly growing streaming operations.

I lead the firm’s commercial, corporate, and regulatory practice, advising boards, management teams, and investors on complex transactions, outsourcing agreements, and IP licensing frameworks. My role also includes coordinating international counsel, designing compliance and risk-management structures, and supporting clients through corporate transformations, mergers, and digitalization processes. CEO & Managing Director — Zeta Studios (formerly Zeta Audiovisual) Leading film and television production company in Spain As CEO and Managing Director of Zeta Studios, I led the company’s corporate strategy, business operations, and legal affairs, overseeing its transformation into one of Spain’s foremost audiovisual production groups. My role combined strategic leadership and governance oversight with hands-on management of the company’s restructuring, financing, and international expansion processes. I directed P&L, audit, and compliance functions, managed negotiations with broadcasters, distributors, and investors, and supervised the development and production of major film and television projects. I also implemented organizational optimization measures and built high-performing teams across creative, financial, and operational areas. Under my leadership, Zeta Studios achieved sustained growth, improved EBITDA, and strategic expansion into new markets, including Latin America.
Grupo Zeta, S.A. One of Spain’s largest media conglomerates, comprising more than 35 subsidiaries and editorial brands As Secretary of the Board and Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Grupo Zeta, I oversaw the Group’s governance, legal strategy, and corporate compliance across its publishing, broadcasting, and audiovisual divisions. I provided strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors and served as Board Member of several of the Group’s editorial subsidiaries, ensuring consistency between group-level governance and the operational management of each business unit. My responsibilities included leading the Group’s legal and corporate restructuring, managing bank refinancing and divestment operations, and coordinating the legal affairs of more than 35 subsidiaries. I also designed and implemented the Group’s contracting and compliance policies, covering press, magazines, books, television, and digital media, ensuring legal soundness and business efficiency. This role placed me at the intersection of governance, strategy, and operations—aligning the Group’s legal framework with its editorial and business goals during a period of major transformation in the Spanish media landscape.
Andersen (formerly Olleros Abogados) Madrid Office | Legal advisory for media, publishing, and technology sectors As Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Department, I led the firm’s IP, media, and technology practice, providing strategic legal advice to clients in the audiovisual, publishing, and digital industries. My role encompassed the management of complex IP portfolios, copyright licensing, and content production and distribution agreements, ensuring compliance with national and EU regulatory frameworks. I directed a multidisciplinary team, coordinated with corporate and commercial departments, and oversaw outsourced legal and corporate affairs for several leading media and entertainment companies. Additionally, I represented the firm before collective rights management entities and industry regulators, contributing to Andersen’s positioning as a key legal reference for creative industries in Spain.
Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs — Zeta Studios (formerly Zeta Audiovisual) Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, and Mexico City As Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs, I directed all legal, corporate, and regulatory matters for Zeta Studios, one of Spain’s leading film and television production companies. I advised senior management and the Board on corporate strategy, IP management, and compliance, ensuring alignment between the company’s creative and commercial operations. My responsibilities included designing and executing the company’s contracting policies, leading negotiations with broadcasters, distributors, talent, and production partners, and supervising all external legal counsel. I also developed and implemented corporate governance and risk management frameworks, and structured co-production, licensing, and rights-acquisition agreements across Spain and Latin America. This role allowed me to combine legal leadership with strategic insight, supporting the company’s growth, internationalization, and reputation for creative and operational excellence.
As Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at FORTA, the federation representing Spain’s regional public broadcasters, I led the organization’s legal, corporate, and regulatory strategy, providing comprehensive advice to its members on commercial, IP, and competition law. I negotiated major audiovisual rights agreements for national and international sports competitions (including LaLiga and UEFA Champions League), as well as content acquisition and co-production deals with major studios, distributors, and independent producers. My work also encompassed advertising, licensing, and joint commercialization contracts, aligning the legal framework of FORTA’s members with both Spanish and EU regulations. Additionally, I represented the federation and its members in competition and regulatory proceedings, coordinating external counsel and fostering cooperation among the legal departments of the public broadcasters. This role allowed me to combine strategic legal management, negotiation, and policy coordination at the intersection of public service broadcasting, intellectual property, and market regulation.
