I am a Senior Legal Counsel and executive with over two decades of experience leading governance, legal, and corporate affairs across the media, technology, and fintech sectors. Throughout my career I have combined legal expertise with strategic management, serving both as a Board Member and as an executive in holding companies and subsidiaries of major groups and high-growth ventures. At Grupo Zeta, one of Spain’s largest media conglomerates, I served as Secretary of the Board and Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs, overseeing governance and compliance across more than thirty-five subsidiaries.
