Key responsibilities: • Owner of a reporting solution focusing on uniform KPIs within Dynamics Operations product group. • Architect analytics data backend • Design, develop, maintain end-user reports in Power BI: o Usage reports (active users, retention cohorts, churn analysis), o Platform health metrics (uptime, key scenario latency / errors, deployment dashboards), o Platform cost analysis, Azure cost by account, type, resource etc.; budgeting and forecast.
