Leading cross border teams to design, develop and execute our Transformation Office and Go to Market operations to build a European tech champion for Real Estate and Jobs industry From May 2024, I spearheaded the Transformation Management Office (TMO) in Spain, driving the complex carve-out of the Adevinta Spain marketplace into three independent, stand-alone businesses. - Designed the Target Operating Model (TOM) – encompassing new organizational structures, core business processes, and governance frameworks – for the three future companies, enabling planned legal separation by Q3 2025. - Led the critical systems migration and partition strategy (ERP, CRM, data lake, other Business tools). - Drove cross-functional collaboration with C-suite executives, legal, finance, HR, and technology leaders to manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and align all stakeholders with the transformation roadmap and ambitious timelines. - Established and directed the Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing the strategic work-streams and deliverables
As a key member of the Spanish Management Team, reporting to CEO, orchestrated a comprehensive operational and digital transformation across Adevinta Spain's core verticals (Fotocasa, Infojobs, Coches.net and Milanuncios). Led a dynamic organization of 300+ professionals spanning Sales Operations, IT Systems, Customer Support & Loyalty, Billing & Collections, and Customer Intelligence. My mission was to drive business growth, operational excellence, and enhance customer lifecycle management. - Directed a pivotal B2B Transformation Program, achieving a +€2.1M EBITDA uplift through enhanced operational efficiencies and optimized financial processes. This program also delivered a +36% increase in efficiency per FTE. - Revitalized the Telesales channel, reversing a -6% annual decline to achieve +20% year-on-year revenue growth, establishing it as Adevinta Spain's fastest-growing sales channel. - Championed the integration of AI-driven predictive models across customer operations, resulting in an 88% reduction in B2B customer churn and a 25% increase in subscription win rates. - Successfully delivered a complex local ERP migration, ensuring full operational continuity and data integrity in a challenging, multi-brand environment. - Led the transformation of Sales Operations and Customer Lifecycle management by integrating digital channels, telesales, loyalty, and customer support functions to boost overall growth, client retention, and satisfaction.

Launched in December 2014, completed the most successful launching of any Low Cost Mobile Operator in the Spanish market, and it is already leading the Telco Low Cost Market. I held full P&L responsibility (€50M+ annual revenue) , leading and managing Lowi.es and its team: - Conceived and launched the digital-first MVNO from zero to €50 M revenue and +60 NPS in 24 months, making it Spain’s fastest-growing telco start-up. - Delivered 50 % EBITDA margin through a lean, automated operating model and end-to-end digital logistics. - Doubled customer base and revenue year-over-year (≈100 K new customers annually) by combining an optimised web funnel with a nationwide MediaMarkt retail partnership . - Built #1 top-of-mind brand among Spanish MVNOs during Year 1 through data-driven positioning and direct-response based omnichannel media.
