Project Leader, Tech for Good (May 2019 – Jun. 2021): Led global strategy to leverage technology for social good; organized Group-wide hackathons; developed impact measurement tools. 3. Group Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (Mar. 2018 – Aug. 2019): Managed CSR initiatives (Diversity, Environmental Sustainability, Digital Inclusion); developed partnerships and managed non-financial reporting for company reports as well as ESG indices. 4. Group Lead, Employee Engagement & Volunteering (Jul. 2018 – May 2019): Designed and deployed volunteering platforms; developed skill-based volunteering strategies. 5. Business Strategy Analyst (Sep. 2016 – Mar. 2018): Supported executive leadership on business strategy, focusing on competitiveness and growth of Capgemini’s operations in India.
