Reporting to the Customer Director, Head of Marketing & Advertising department responsible for the marketing strategy and for special projects (loyalty, partnerships, sport sponsoring and events) as well as for media planning and budgeting. Also responsible for brabd content activities (all channels, included digital & social media).
Lead of the integrated omnichannel brand strategy and social visibility for the country start of ALDI in 2018, with master planning of the successful digital brand campaign “Le famiglie ALDI”. Creation of micro and macro influencer projects, with initiation of the partnership with Alessandro Borghese as brand ambassador, contributing element to the ongoing awareness and performance of this extremely fast growing retailer in Italy.
Starting up the new retail business plan for the global reorganization and relaunch of the brand Bluespirit (2009 new retail acquisition of the Group), with full responsibility of the Marketing business plan. Marketing execution ensuring alignment with the Group marketing strategy. P&L plan, strategic and operational marketing&communication plan definition and execution.
Marketing plan and corporate guidelines formulation. Negotiation of commercial and heading trade-marketing annual agreements. Special focus on customer satisfaction, CRM, customer database and loyalty program.
