Mentorship in IT & Digitalization Digital transformations often disrupt established workflows and create new dependencies across an organization. Internal IT and digitalization departments frequently struggle to manage the necessary dialogue, while managers outside IT often find themselves at a competence disadvantage compared to their IT counterparts.
