About Me

Human Resources Professional with over ten years of experience in people management and development, gained in multinational companies and start-ups in different industries. Throughout my career, sharing corporate missions and visions has been a key factor in my career choices, leading me to contribute to organisations that prioritise people, innovation and a meaningful impact on society. Empathy, emotional intelligence and analytical skills are the pillars of my approach, enabling me to understand the needs of people and organisations and fostering the creation of trusting relationships and effective solutions focused on well-being and results. Over the years, I have consolidated cross-functional skills in recruitment, talent management and wellbeing projects, with the aim of fostering environments in which people can fully express their potential. I recently completed an upskilling course in “Human Resource Management and Recruiting 4.0”, which provided me with the latest tools for integrating technology and a human-centric approach into HR processes. After an evolving career in Human Resources, I now put my experience to use in roles focused on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Wellbeing, Retention and the Development of Top Talent.
