Fairbanks, a 41-story, $140M Helmut Jahn–designed condominium tower that sold out and was recognized as an architecturally significant building in Chicago. • Raised $22M in equity, structured the full capital stack, secured construction financing, and doubled allowable floor-area ratio through a complex air-rights transaction; delivered the project on time and within budget. • Managed and invested in a portfolio of more than 15 limited partnership interests across multifamily, office, hospitality, and venture assets. • Led ownership for a 24,000 SF lakefront development site at 530 N. Lake Shore Drive through acquisition, entitlement strategy, and successful disposition ($9.25MM).
