Duties and responsibilities: Data & Technology Project Leadership: Directed complex data and technology projects for global clients, focusing on generating insights to achieve defined business outcomes (acquisition, development, and loyalty). MarTech & CRM Strategy: Oversaw the technical implementation and integration of key data management, Marketing Automation (SFMC, Adobe AEP), Paid Media, and CRM technologies. Agile Methodology & Scrum Master: Functioned as Scrum Master, applying Agile methodologies and managing planning/execution using tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Smartsheet. Team Management: Led and mentored multi-disciplinary teams of up to 15 members, including functional/technical consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. Performance Optimization (AI & BI): Managed the optimization workstream, leveraging Data Engineering (dbt, Big Query, Cosmos DB) and Business Intelligence (Power BI, Looker) to define and deploy optimization pilots using AI and Graph Databases (Neo4J).
