Examples of my advice in the area of sales: - Advising the new structured European sales organisation in the area of antitrust law - Development of standards in the OEM-out sector and close advice on challenging customer relationships with big pharma companies. - Drafting of general terms and conditions for the provision of services in Germany as the basis for a global roll-out. Examples of my consultancy in the area of procurement: - Assistance in the creation of a comprehensive package of standard contracts. - Support in multifaceted questions, always with the mindset of providing solution-orientated and economically viable advice. - Intensive support in the development of a standard in the OEM-in area and the signing of several contracts. I am also working on improvements in the area of legal operations, e.g. the implementation of AdobeSign or the development of an interactive legal SharePoint site.

My role was to advise companies of all sizes in fullfilling their obligations in setting up a compliance management system in compliance with cross-border regulations in environment, occupational health and safety, energy law and data protection. Furthermore, I supported clients with ISO certification and obtaining certification.
