* Delivery of professional services to the higher customer segments of Citrix across the EMEA region - Proactively supporting the Practice Managers, the SA and ATS teams when engaged to maintain and promote enterprise customer relationships - Support the SA and ATS teams in a reporting capacity, understand customer metrics on adoption and expansion.
