Purchase order management • Process purchase orders (create, modify, control and follow up) according to SLA’s and vendor specifics. • Understand, apply and be aligned with the vendor´s business licensing programs. • Monitor license confirmations and ensure deliveries on time. • Follow up of invoicing and solve price discrepancies. - Internal customer and vendor’s account management • Daily regular management information to internal and external stakeholders as required, with responsibility for data integrity. • Direct accountability for key metrics of specific vendor set. • Identify, monitor and solve incidents. - Order quality analysis • Provide analysis of order quality per vendor and country on a monthly basis. • Strive for improvements, e-commerce tools efficiency and drive changes for the assigned accounts. - Coordination with other areas/departments • Coordinate with local teams and other RiBS departments to ensure a proper process performance and customer satisfaction. • To own and manage through to completion any ad-hoc projects as defined by the Software Operations Manager.
• Processing incoming customer requests and orders. • Checking the orders against the customer and purchase order agreements. • Responding to customer product inquiries and issues in a timely manner. • Liaising with the logistics department to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of the goods and monitoring outbound activities. • Assure correct pricing of the customer orders, invoicing timely and accurately. • Handling the complaints and returning shipments. • Monitoring the credit situation of the customer and liaising with the credit department and the sales team. • Supporting and interfacing the Sales Representatives. • Working efficiently with all internal departments and with external stakeholders. • Maintaining, updating and filing the customer documents, record and internal documents.
• Provided expert technical support for an integrated open platform dealer management system. • Managed agent shifts and ensured adherence to established service quality protocols. • Collaborated with a multilingual team to resolve customer inquiries in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
