I Built the IT infrastructure of the companies for the main office and branch offices, also with virtual environment. Created and coordinated the IT departments, acquired new customers through active engagement. I trained company’s employees as well as customer’s employees on the installation and management of platforms and software (Windows & Linux OS, WMware, Application server, CRM, etc). As for the middleware I use Unix servers, Apache, Tomcat.

I develop and manage operational plans and architectures. Planning and control of the IT budget and costs is part of the daily duties. As PMO I connect executives and IT groups, proposing the best strategy to achieve the goal. As IT trainer, I enhance knowledge and productivity. I continuously develop and strengthen my skills and expertise through ongoing training and hands-on experience. Mainly I focus on Microsoft technologies. I have collaborated, both technically and organizationally, in the migration of over 4,000 critical services, also for public institutions. In the ICT sector, I have managed services used by over 25 million users. I have led and supported teams of up to 30 people, reducing costs, increasing performance after a specific monitoring strategy, and resolving issues. I work with technologies such as Azure, Entra ID, InTune, SCCM, Active Directory, GPO. I still love Windows Server also in cloud times, and use IIS as application server. While on prem we are still in needing of taking care of DNS and DHCP, keeping an eye on cyber security with knowledge of TCP/IP and usage of Firewall. My favorite database is SQL Server. For virtualization I use VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. For backup Veeam is at 1st place, and Zabbix for monitoring. I have also hands on with Linux servers, especially Ubuntu.
