System tracked assets worth a total of $7.5 MM; managed help desk supporting 3,500+ users. • Developed the firm’s first long range strategic IT plan which yielded an overall productivity increase of 18%. • Reduced new PC expenditure costs by $500,000 per year while still retaining same order quantities through vendor consolidation and negotiations. Negotiated an out-sourcing hardware maintenance service agreement which saved the firm $480,000 per year.
