I am a Sustainability Director with over 20 years’ experience leading environmental, climate and ESG strategy for complex projects and organisations, including infrastructure, energy, industry and emerging-market investments. I have worked at senior level within both corporates and consultancies, most recently as Environment and Climate Lead at Aramco Europe, and now support clients in a fractional or embedded capacity where strategic sustainability leadership is required but a full-time CSO is not. My work sits at the intersection of sustainability strategy, risk management and bankability. I help organisations translate environmental and climate ambition into practical systems, governance and decision-making that stand up to investor, lender, and regulatory scrutiny. This includes ESG and E&S due diligence, climate risk and resilience, HSE management systems and alignment with international lender standards (Equator Principles, IFC, EBRD, World Bank, EU frameworks). Clients value my ability to operate comfortably with boards, investors, and technical teams alike, and to bring clarity to complex sustainability challenges without unnecessary jargon. I typically work in fractional leadership roles, as an embedded advisor or providing targeted support at critical moments of growth, investment or transition.
