Oversaw development and implementation of integrated supply chain systems for a mobile accessories manufacturer.  Led ERP migration (MAS200 → MAS400) to improve coordination between engineering, finance, sales, and operations.  Drove S&OP and master scheduling processes to balance production, inventory, and customer demand.  partnered with suppliers and contract manufacturers globally to improve cost, quality, and lead time.  Supported New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype to mass production through cross-functional project management.  Mentored and developed high-performing teams across supply chain and logistics functions.
