About Me

I am a seasoned CHRO and transformation leader who builds and optimizes HR infrastructures for high‑growth, private‑equity backed organizations. Over my career I’ve operated at the crossroads of people, strategy and operations, often stepping into complex, multi‑state environments where HR must be built or rebuilt. Across 65+ M&A transactions I have integrated newly acquired businesses, harmonizing cultures and uniting systems. At EyeCare Partners—a national network spanning 18 states and 30 markets with over 1,000 doctors—I was recruited to stabilize and scale a rapidly expanding portfolio. I established the firm’s first unified HR policy framework, standardized compensation and benefits, implemented a paperless HR infrastructure, and fostered a cohesive “one‑company” culture across more than 8,000 employees and over 700 locations. Previously, as CHRO and CPO for multi‑location healthcare organizations, I led HR operations for thousands of team members across hundreds of sites, crafting people strategies that improve engagement, reduce turnover and drive growth. My core strengths include: HR strategy and operations (developing people strategies aligned to business goals); M&A integration & change management (leading due diligence, post‑acquisition integration and cultural alignment); talent & leadership development (building pipelines and succession plans); compensation & benefits (negotiating cost‑neutral renewals and designing market‑based pay structures); and compliance & risk management (creating policies and ensuring adherence to EEOC, FMLA, OFCCP and other requirements). About EyeCare Partners (HR Team: 70 members) Private Equity-Backed (Partners Group) At EyeCare Partners—a national network of more than 1,000 doctors as part of a team of 9,000 FTEs serving over 725 practice locations across 18 states and 30 markets—I was recruited post M&A acquisition to integrate and optimize multiple large-scale M&A transactions. I built the foundational HR infrastructure, unified disparate systems and platforms, and drove cultural integration to create a cohesive “one-company” identity across the organization.
