About Me
I work as a fractional board director and executive advisor to CEOs, founders, and boards when growth, complexity, or disruption begin to challenge existing decision-making, and when situations have already become high-stakes and require steady, experienced leadership.
My role is to bring independent perspective, sound judgment, and structured thinking to situations where decisions have long-term consequences. I support leadership teams and boards on strategy, governance, organizational alignment, and performance oversight, drawing on prior experience as a Partner at PwC and KPMG, and adapting my involvement to the context and maturity of each organization.
I have worked across a wide range of environments including founder-led companies, investor-backed organizations, family enterprises, and mission-driven institutions, both during periods of momentum and in more adverse circumstances such as restructuring, leadership transitions, or heightened stakeholder pressure. My work spans both U.S. and international contexts, which has sharpened my ability to navigate differing governance norms, leadership cultures, and operating realities. I am particularly effective when clarity is needed, tradeoffs are difficult, and leadership teams benefit from calm, experienced counsel.
My approach is pragmatic and relationship-driven. I meet organizations where they are, help surface what truly matters, and support better decision-making without adding unnecessary complexity. Engagements are flexible and tailored, ranging from ongoing fractional board participation to focused advisory support over defined periods.
