- Manage the full-cycle of the recruiting process and deliver high-quality candidates (within established KPIs); - Collaborate with the business managers to determine the profile criteria, job descriptions, and create job advertisements; - Screening and curriculum analysis; - Plan and execute interviews; - Update the candidates database.
