Accomplished (crisis) communicator bringing across difficult messages, simplifying complex issues to target audience and establish rapport with all levels of staff and management. For several years, Roland has been supporting well-known international PE Funds as C-suite level Executive, spearheading growth scenarios, large scale and complex restructuring, turnarounds and transformation programs in portfolio companies and groups. Recently, he was leading a transformation program, resulting in a more professionally operating finance department providing meaningful and timely reporting, supporting strategic growth scenario, and reduced department costs by implementing a Shared Service Center for the portfolio group. As a Group Finance Director at Constantia, Roland professionalized the organization, centralized functions to assist the group for a period of significant growth, developed and optimized business processes across the conglomerate leading to significantly reduced OPEX. Further he prepared the business units (divisions) for sale, partnered with the Group CEO in the sales process, and moved to the Family Trust.
