Action: Teamed up with talent from Google, Klarna, Management, Tech and AI to build, validate and pitch new startup ideas concepts to Antlers VCs and venture partners. Action: Developed brand and positioning, visual identity, GTM strategy, and investor pitch; led daily standups across 6 countries; spearheaded AI-powered ESG-scoring, later pivoting to Predictive-AI solutions for SAP and HP. Successfully repositioned Bisnode Group from “legacy data” to a modern powerhouse in smarter data, analytics, and AI across 19 markets — UnleashThePowerOfData Challenge: Reposition Bisnode for growth in the data-driven business & marketing. Action: Led market research on changing data/AI needs; directed 15+ agencies on brand strategy, visual identity, positioning storytelling, campaigns, content, PR, and events. Rolled out a new brand and campaign across 19 markets #UnleashThePowerOfData. Results: Positioned Bisnode top-of-mind in data-driven business, paved the way for five new growth bets, and SEK 1.5B in sales growth. Ultimately resulted in the successful sale to Dun & Bradstreet in the US for SEK 8.3B.
