ITIL Certification (Expert), for integration with processes, I am certified by CSI (Continuous Improvement), OSA (Operational Support and Analysis), RCV (Release, Control and Validation), SOA (Service Offerings and Agreements) and MALC. Certification in COBIT 5.0, collaborating on the part of Government and management of the projects. Certification in COSMIC is a methodology to make an effective estimation of projects and meet in time, cost and scope. Complementing the certifications of RUP and Cloud Essentials for a comprehensive strategy in the innovation of project implementation, which is fundamental today to be a differentiator in the execution of projects.
