Provide high-level executive and operational support to the International Programme Director and to the Global Programme Leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination, strategic alignment, and effective delivery of projects across the global organisationš Executive Support: - calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox oversight across multiple time zones - manage prioritisation of workload and demands, coordinating interactions across the global organisation - ensure the smooth running of the department and engagement with relevant international networks and communities Programme Coordination: - support overall planning and delivery of projects and activities led by the Global Programme Leadership team of 18 members - coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and conferences - work closely with National Regional Organisations (NROs) and Operations to ensure integrated, organisation-wide approaches Stakeholder and Project Management: - foster strategic and high-quality interactions between the IPD and the wider global organisation - maintain productive relationships with NRO counterparts and key international stakeholders - support projects aligned with organisational goals, overseeing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement - monitor progress, report outcomes, and ensure compliance with internal and external standardsGreenpeace is an independent global campaigning network that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace. Operations: - in charge of all operations for the 150 members of YPO France - first point of contact between the local chapter to the global organization - provide administrative support to the President of YPO France and board committee Organization of educational and personal development events, conferences and seminars (virtual, hybrid and in-person): - work from scratch, from concept to completion, in hosting events that enhance brand-to-client experience - manage events' calendar (research, planning, coordinating, negotiating contracts, monitoring deadlines, budget) - coordinate and manage all event logistics, from pre-planning stages to post-event wrap-ups - research potential speakers - travel to event locations to oversee the on-site setup - act as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and attendees during events Recruitment: - develop a membership strategic plan and process and ensure compliance with YPO policies and procedures - management of membership recruitment process ensuring diverse, quality and inclusion - prequalify, interview and assess potential candidates to determine if they meet YPO criteria - leading YPO "Athena programme" dedicated to female candidates to accelerate gender diversity within YPO - build and maintain a network/pipeline of potential candidates - organizing recruitmentās events - onboarding process of new members Financial accounting: - ensure all financial transactions - supervision of budget planning, accounting and membership renewal process Communication & marketing (Cvent, SalesForce, website, photos, videos, newsletters & multimedia materials)
