Hi there, Welcome to my profile! My name is Stavy Papasotiriou, and I’m an Organizational Psychologist (MSc.) with over a decade of experience in Human Resources across multiple disciplines. I work at the intersection of psychology, work, and human experience. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with entrepreneurs, managers, and teams across different industries and countries to design and implement people approaches that support sustainable performance, retention, and intrinsic motivation. Alongside my work with leaders and organizations through my company Work Unlocked, I also offer psychological counseling to individuals navigating pressure, responsibility, or demanding work and life phases.
