About Me
I’ve learned that most people don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they lack clarity. Clarity about what matters, how they learn, how they grow, and what they’re actually working toward. My career has been shaped by that idea.
Over the past ten years I’ve worked in global companies like Netflix, Amazon, and Oliver Wyman, where I supported teams through large-scale learning, development, and organizational change.
I’ve seen the inside of fast, complex environments and also the quieter, more personal side of how people learn, adapt, and make decisions about their careers and their lives.
What I enjoy most is helping people and teams make sense of where they are and where they want to go. Sometimes that looks like designing learning experiences that blend behavioral science with emerging AI capabilities. Sometimes it’s supporting a team through change by creating clarity in complexity. Sometimes it’s helping someone reclaim direction in their work or identity.
The format varies, but the intention is the same: create clarity, strengthen skills, and make room for better thinking in a world that moves too fast.
I’m especially drawn to environments where learning feels human, where people grow because they’re curious, supported, and challenged in ways that respect who they are, not pushed into boxes that don’t fit them. I care about thoughtful leadership, community, and the belief that growth is something we do together.
My goal is to contribute to spaces where people feel empowered to learn continuously and connected to work that feels meaningful to them. If you're building learning cultures, navigating transformation, or exploring how AI can enhance human development, I'd love to connect.
