My tasks include managing business needs, liaising with the different suppliers (internal and external), as well as ensuring that the service delivery is correct and in line with the Company's requirements. During this time, I have successfully developed initiatives aimed at the efficiency and automation of the internal processes necessary for the management of the different platforms, as well as the adoption of measures aimed at improving the security of these platforms. These measures have led to a 40% reduction in overall platform costs in two years.
