Annual technology budget was more than $125 million per year. • Major initiatives delivered including Data and AI Strategy, Dynamics CRM rollout, network and telephony standardization, and finance/insurance management platforms. • Oversaw M&A technology due diligence and seamless integration of acquisitions, allowing the division to more than double in size. • Developed and executed a strategic, business-aligned 3-year technology roadmap. • Established a Business Engagement team to strengthen alignment between Technology Team and business units. • Implemented demand management and governance processes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery. • Mentored and developed senior Technology leaders, building a culture of accountability and innovation.
