About Me
I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel of Artillery with a General Staff Diploma, holding a master’s degree in political science from the Naval Higher Studies Center (CESNAV) and a Master's in Intelligence with a specialization in Security and Defense from the International Institute of Global Security Studies (INISEG) in Spain, with joint certification from the Universitá Telemática PEGASO (Italy).
During my active military service, I held various positions within the Ministry of National Defense according to my experience as a General Staff Officer and as an advisor to different territorial commands throughout our country. I participated in diverse international commissions, particularly in the Kingdom of Spain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nicaragua, and the United States of America.
I am qualified in human capital administration and material resource management for logistical and strategic process operations, as well as in developing intelligence products, cyber intelligence, counterintelligence, prospective studies, risk assessment, and synthesizing and analyzing information for operational and administrative decision-making at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
Furthermore, I collaborated against organized crime groups in the northeastern territory of our country in coordination with the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) in matters of special operations and intelligence.
Recently, I served as Director of Institutional Security at the Distinguished and National Basilica of Santa María de Guadalupe (INBG) during the 2023-2024 period.
I am a professor at Universidad Anáhuac Campus Norte and author of the book "Financial Crimes Investigation Protocol"; I am seeking to leverage my knowledge and experience in information analysis, intelligence, and security areas.
