As a core member of SE Health’s Transformation Management Office (TMO), I played a key role in defining and leading communications strategies and tactics that drive enterprise-wide alignment and engagement across the organization’s transformation. I led department meetings, facilitated program-level strategy sessions, and worked in partnership with the Director of the TMO to create the baseline of our integrated project plan for a multi-year transformation program. Also directly liaised with members of the Senior Leadership Team in preparation and review of materials for Board of Directors meetings. I developed and launched key assets—including business and communications templates in partnership with TMO Leadership to standardize practices and strengthen strategic alignment—now used across departments to guide transformation programs. I supported key initiatives such as software implementation, change communications planning for 8,000+ employees, and contingency planning providing strategic consultation to align execution with enterprise goals. I also partnered with Marketing & Communications to deliver Town Halls, test video platforms, oversee postmortems for continual improvement, and coordinate executive presentations. To advance leadership and change capability, I co-developed and presented “Catalyzing Change and Transformation: A Human-Centered Approach” at an Executive Leadership Retreat. As Chair of SE Health’s Leadership Forum (representing 450+ leaders), I restructured meetings, introduced new communication channels, and improved attendance by 50%, enhancing engagement, reporting, and information cascade. IPRA, a group of senior public relations practitioners from 100 countries is based in London, England. As a part of this job role, I led the communications team for the 2022 National Bank Open (NBO) WTA tennis tournament, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing media attendance and interviews for the inaugural UNMATCHED: Gender Equity in Sports Conference. I produced high-quality written content for Tennis Canada, NBO, UNMATCHED: Gender Equity in Sports Conference, Canadian Tennis Hall of Fame, and senior leadership. I also managed renaming of Sobeys Stadium and Sobeys Atlantic Tennis Centre, and supported external communications with the purpose of increasing sales, resulting in highest attendance in Toronto WTA tournament history. Furthermore, I organized and moderated press conferences and events for Tennis Canada and National Bank Open, as well as assist with Government of Canada's FedDev Ontario press conference.
