About Me

I help professionals and leaders move from stress to clarity, from reaction to reflection, and from pressure to purpose. My clients are often high-performing individuals who have achieved professional success, yet feel mentally drained, emotionally scattered, or unsure of their next direction. They don’t need more tools they need space to think, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through Executive and Emotional Intelligence Coaching, I help them rebuild focus, confidence, and emotional balance combining structure, empathy, and a deep understanding of human behavior across cultures. I trained in the U.S. with Symbiosis Coaching, specializing in Executive, Organizational Development, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching, and I am currently completing my ICF ACC credentialing process. I also serve as a mentor at Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), where I support postgraduate and executive students through the Build Up Mentoring Program guiding emerging leaders as they grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Clients describe my coaching as calm, structured, and deeply human a space where reflection turns into insight, and insight becomes meaningful action. I have always collaborated on projects in the foreign languages department of the schools where I taught, and of these , I underline the teaching of Italian language classes on a voluntary basis at Agrupamento de Escolas Madeira Torres, in the academic year 2011/2012. I got reviews of Good and Very Good throughout.
