I am Diana Olivia Simu, a dedicated Mindset Coach with over 800 hours of 1-on-1 experience but also experienced with group mentoring and coaching. My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that mindset mastery should be both deep and actionable, pragmatic. I specialise in evidence-based methods, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am behavioural DISC psychometric certified since 2007. My toolkit includes: Axiological Testing & DISC Analysis: I use these frameworks to help clients identify their core values and "hidden gems" of personal power, ensuring that wellness is built on a foundation of self-awareness. The GROW Model: I guide clients through a structured process to manage work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, moving from emotional overwhelm to a constructive mindset. Intensive Mental Coaching Certification: I completed a rigorous 18-month digital mental coaching program (41 modules) covering complex topics from imposter syndrome, self esteem, anxiety, to emotional and mental resilience. First of all, I link the personalised coaching roadmap with each persons' axiological value test. This ensures that all cognitive exercises we do, directly serve the most important things in life for each individual, thus having a clear impact on the persons' quality of life. Secondly, I am DISC / Thomas International certified since 2007, so I have used psychometric data and insights to observe behaviour, create a profile, interpret it, delivering feedback and recommendations for improvement areas, seasoned with Johari's window feedback to support personal development. Thirdly, in my HR team, coordinating my people, I followed specific KPIs in behaviours and results which further more were feeding the business KPIs, to ensure the loop is complete. I measure the success of leadership coaching through a multi-dimensional framework that bridges the gap between individual purpose and organizational performance: 1. The Axiological Alignment (Purpose-Driven Impact) I begin by anchoring the personalized coaching roadmap in the individual’s Axiological Value Profile. By aligning cognitive exercises with the person’s core values, we ensure that professional growth directly enhances their overall quality of life. This alignment is the key to deep, sustainable motivation; when a leader’s work serves their highest life values, engagement and performance naturally peak. 2. Psychometric Precision (Behavioral Insight) Leveraging my Thomas International / DISC certification (since 2007), I utilize high-fidelity psychometric data to decode behavioral patterns. I combine these insights with the Johari Window to illuminate blind spots and provide evidence-based feedback. This allows us to move beyond intuition and create a development plan based on objective personality architecture, making the growth areas both visible and actionable. 3. The Performance Loop (Data-Driven Results) Finally, I close the loop by translating behavioral changes into quantifiable KPIs. Drawing from my experience leading HR teams, I track specific behavioral metrics that serve as 'leading indicators' for the company's broader business KPIs.
