Grew the team from 15 to 35, defined the organization, departments, processes. Achieved targets committed for next round of funding, but external circumstances blocked it.

Examples include (in reverse chronological order): • Modeling and forecasting the entire energy market of Romania, in terms of types of consumers and types of resources consumed (4 months) • Interim management of the Customer department overseeing the contractual relationship with major oil field outsource contractors (6 months) • Running the preparation, contracts negotiation and defining commercial terms for the outsourcing of major oil fields’ operation (~3.5 years) • Overseeing centralized reporting from all gas stations in Romania (~1 year) • Defining the procurement procedures for major oil and gas Customer (4 months)
