• Realize sector benchmarks on brands’ online presence and activity (luxury, automotive, finance etc): Compare performances and identify best practices on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram... • Identify relevant KPIs and develop tools to evaluate brands’ performances on their social networks, per sector and country • Publish Buzz Stories: decryption of the online buzz about advertising campaigns, product launchings. Identify key steps, influencers (Apple watch release, Fashion Week New York, Game of Thrones...) • Realize Ereputation studies (Levi’s, Nissan, Samsung...): summary of the brand’s mentions and social networks activity, tonality, evolution, key events and influencers, recommendations. • Hot Line and source of proposals to develop a platform displaying Ereputation studies and video advertising campaigns’ result graphically live (front & back office) during 5 years. • Team and Project Leader with 25 people in 10 countries/3 languages (French, English, Spanish) • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a brands database in 10 countries (FR, DE, UK, IT, ES, UK, US, AR, BR, CO, MX): Sector, brands’ mentions, official Facebook, Youtube, Dailymotion, Instagram, Vimeo pages.
Coordinating campaigns of conversations on forums and blogs. Select and contact corresponding forums or blogs, select brand ambassadors, creation of the storytelling, follow how ambassadors animate the conversation, qualitative and quantitative reporting.
