• Advising Dior on the definition and global rollout of clienteling, CRM and client data and activation programs across digital and in-store ecosystems. • Translating strategic business and client objectives into large-scale CRM, data and digital initiatives, from ideation to execution. • Leading complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder programs (CRM, Digital, Data, Retail, Tech, Regions, LVMH Group), aligning governance, operating models and roadmaps. • Driving global change management to embed scalable clienteling practices and elevate customer experience across touchpoints. • Supporting executive decision-making on client data strategy, including data capture, modeling, targeting, activation, personalization and orchestration, with a strong focus on business impact and scalability.
