-Contributing to policy-relevant research and strategic analysis to support the European Commission in advancing the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public sector innovation across the EU. -Leading the scouting, classification, and evaluation of AI use cases implemented by public administrations in Member States. -Facilitating collaboration with national representatives, EU institutions (e.g., DIGIT, CNECT, SG REFORM), and external experts. -Co-authoring official JRC reports and technical publications, supporting the evidence base for EU digital policy and public service transformation. -Member of the EU Public Sector Tech Watch initiative Team

Technical Lead, Innovation Management, as well as the design and development of IT projects focused on digital services for public administration departments and municipalities. Key activities include opportunity development, stakeholder and account management, securing funding, software and UX design, AGILE development, deployment, and user testing. Innovation project management for a range of completed EU-funded projects, including CENTRALAB (INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE), SUNSHINE and I-SCOPE, FUSEPOOL (FP7), URBAN INNO and GREENCYCLE (INTERREG), OSIRIS (INTERREG), and ISA2 (Semantic Interoperability).
