I’m a Global Mobility Specialist and immigration lawyer with extensive in-house experience advising multinational companies on global immigration strategy, compliance, and cross-border mobility. I currently lead global mobility operations for an international organisation, where I established the company’s mobility function from the ground up. My work spans the UK, EU and Schengen jurisdictions, with strong practical expertise in Switzerland and Saudi Arabia, supporting international assignments, relocations, and business travel across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. Alongside ongoing advisory work, I support businesses on a project basis. This includes conducting internal immigration and sponsorship audits, preparing organisations for regulatory inspections, training HR and internal teams on compliance and operational best practice, and setting up or restructuring global mobility practices, policies, and governance frameworks.
