• Regional responsibility covering the Americas, with oversight of select European jurisdictions and cross-regional client portfolios. • Lead oversight of 200–400 corporate immigration cases annually, including work permits, business visas, dependents, and corporate registrations across Canada, LATAM, and the EU/EEA. • Represent the firm at international global mobility conferences (U.S., India), serving as a speaker and conducting in-person business development with key clients and prospects. • Support strategic growth through executive-level presentations for RFPs and competitive client proposals. • Develop operational frameworks for new geographies and client accounts, tailoring services to regulatory, vendor, and client requirements. • Lead vendor procurement coordination and fee benchmarking to support profitability, pricing competitiveness, and long-term client retention. • Contribute to the development and customization of a global case management system, defining data fields, automation workflows, testing, and implementation feedback. • Maintain annual approval rates of 95–100% by identifying root causes of rejections and improving execution across jurisdictions.
