Approval and invoice management. • Functional Manager – Functional Manager of the national operations team and cross-functional teamwork to achieve common objectives – Accounting department for invoices purposes; Legal department for contracts and NDA topics and Controlling department for expense provisioning. • Monthly reports to Purchasing Director based in Germany by English presentations. • Implementation of a Power BI project integrating Cloud, SQL and ERP’s big data to analyze the logistics network across Spain and assess the company’s real performance through the development and execution of KPI’s.
