Rockstart is a hands-on VC investing in early stage companies. Rockstart has an integrated offering of accelerating our founders as part of their journey with us as an investor. I was COO, managing director and part of the executive team and the Rockstart board. I led 5 teams in a total organisation of 17. My teams were: * Startup Support Team responsible for all hands-on support to founders, and value-enhancement related post-investment-support to portfolio companies * Ecosystem & Products Team responsible for defining our product offering to founders and ecosystem (mentors, investors, corporates, partners) , and all ecosystem engagement & events. * Partnership Programs / consultancy business line Team responsible for sales, budget, design & execution of innovation and startup collaboration programs for external partners, e.g. corporates, municipalities or other companies wishing to engage startups. * Marketing Responsible for all marketing, SoMe, website, brand, design & events participation. * HR & Ops Responsible for internal HR & recruiting, company wide operations (OKRs, meetings, processes, tools, etc) and costs, etc. I further had the overall responsibility for: - Developing ongoing company wide strategy in collaboration with CEO - P&L accountability (all sales not related to investments; all company costs not directly related to investments). - People leadership - Driving profitability, and collaborating with finance on yearly budget and financial controlling.

Working on development of corporate strategy, business analyses and strategy reviews. Working closely together with strategy functions across the Group.
