Designed and executed full-funnel marketing plan, combining organic SEO, performance marketing and sales automation. Built and scaled go-to-market strategy to reach 34 care providers, 2,000+ active operators, 4,500+ registered patients. Implemented dual B2B2C acquisition model improving CAC efficiency and retention. Acted as product owner for Sencare from MVP design, personally leading the dev team using agile methodology. Context & Structure: Founded the company from scratch; managed P&L, investor relations, internal and external teams.
My Role: Led the Marketing Analytics business unit for Triboo Group, one of the biggest account based e-commerce provider in Italy. Responsible for both strategic and operational marketing services across B2C and B2B channels. Coordinated digital communication, CRM, performance campaigns, and conversion rate optimization for fashion/FMCG/retail clients. My Achievements & Results: Increased conversion rates by up to +40% through segmented digital adv campaigns and personalized onsite triggers. Developed and deployed onsite D2C automation tools such as adaptive discount pop-ups and CRM-based incentives, achieving conversion uplifts of 25–40% on over 800.000 users. Designed and implemented editorial calendars for newsletters and social media in collaboration with client marketing teams. Owned and optimized €2,5M+ unit P&L, aligning pricing with client growth. Selected as a board member of Blogmeter, one of our social intelligence partners.
