Providing interim and permanent leadership in marketing, commercial excellence & business transformation for mid-sized and large organisations through my own management company. Most recently led an end-to-end marketing and CX transformation at Plantyn, including organisational redesign, capability assessment, leadership alignment, new mission and brand architecture, and the implementation of a new operating model and platform-driven growth vision. Earlier assignments included Niko, Colruyt and Telenet.
Member of Enterprise Leadership Team (€1.4B revenue). Led the Enterprise Marketing Tribe (30 FTE) and launched the ABM pilot and rollout. Strengthened Proximus’ ICT positioning through ATL campaigns, thought leadership events, and rebranding of subsidiaries into one unified ICT sub-brand. Increased ICT brand awareness from 18% to 25%, delivering €10M incremental revenue.
As CMO, I directed all marketing, product, communication, sales training, and customer service functions (50 FTE). Created a new SaaS product portfolio and led the commercial transformation towards a subscription-based model, improving acquisition and retention. As COO, I led all operations (125 FTE; €20M budget) including customer service, fulfillment, and campaign management. Redesigned processes, governance and performance management, significantly improving customer experience.
Responsible for all new product development initiatives within DHL Express Europe.
