• Oversee and ensure the accurate execution of international moves for the client's expatriate population by supervising the activities at the associate level. • Prepare and scrutinise cost projections and relocation letters for various categories of international moves (Business Travellers, Remote Workers, Permanent Transfers, Assignments). • Evaluate the necessity of tax and/or immigration services for each relocation and initiate the involvement of relevant teams accordingly. • Strategically reassess team workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction through the implementation of technology and the utilisation of our offshored team. • Supervise clients' reporting processes and work towards achieving full automation to minimise costs and mitigate the risk of human error. • Contribute to consultancy projects and proposals aimed at aiding clients in the evaluation and implementation of their Global Mobility programs. Additionally, conduct reviews of the structure and benefits associated with each international move to optimise costs and enhance employee satisfaction. • Spearheading the financial management of major multinational client accounts, ensuring effective communication within the PwC/Vialto network, and gauging performance through key financial metrics, including the application process timeline. • Overseeing the compliance and policy aspects of our clients' Business Travellers and Remote Workers population. • Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members by delivering training sessions and creating comprehensive reference materials, such as the New Joiner Pack. • Addressing a substantial volume of financial and HR queries from our clients' expatriates and third-party immigration vendors. • Independently managing client accounts and a substantial workload by prioritising tasks, delegating responsibilities at the associate level, and effectively managing senior management expectations during tight deadlines. Leading and managing the transition of new clients to Vialto from previous service providers, including the setup of all the HR, compliance, and financial processes. • Generating Global Mobility alerts for current clients, informing them of legislative and compliance updates that impact the management of their expatriates. • Reviewing clients' business travellers and international workers populations, offering consultation and practical support to ensure 100% compliance with legislative changes. • Developing training materials for the broader Global Social Security team, covering the latest sector updates, and delivering training sessions. • Supervising the work, roles, and responsibilities of our offshored support team in Poland through regular meetings, action lists, and budget/profitability reviews. • Managing the financial aspects of accounts, including the review of clients' billing schedules and fees from the global PwC/Vialto network.
• Collaborating with the global EY network to ensure timely execution of all client services, meeting deliverables, and appropriately directing any additional out-of-scope services to the respective country teams. • Coordinating services for major multinational client accounts across the EY network and closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as information requests and submission timelines for social security applications, to ensure the success of the accounts. • Overseeing the work and responsibilities of our offshored support team in India through regular calls, providing updated process maps, and maintaining action lists in accordance with their utilisation. • Monitoring and maintaining databases to ensure accuracy, currency, and regular updates of data uploaded by the process team. • Generating complex Excel reports containing client statistics on a weekly and monthly basis for client delivery and conducting initial reviews of Excel reports prepared by the offshored team before the manager's final review. • Facilitating the smooth operation of client meetings by managing administrative aspects, including setting up meetings, documenting call notes, and providing meeting summaries with actionable points for both the client and our team.
