I act as a sales sparring partner for managing directors and founders when sales are not delivering economically.
Typical situations:
– Turnover is there, but earnings and controllability are lacking
– Lots of sales activities, but no clear priority based on impact
– Multiple channels (key accounts, retail, pharmacies, online), but no clear economic logic
– Decisions are postponed because of a lack of clarity
My role is not training or coaching.
I prepare sales decisions that need to be made – and accompany their implementation at managing director level.
I am an entrepreneur and have sold, built and managed businesses myself.
My experience comes from FMCG and OTC business models as well as from growth phases of founders and SMEs.
I work in a focused, direct manner and on an equal footing.
